Tell us who you are, what experience you have already gained and where your strengths lie. We are looking forward to your resume. It does not matter how you design its maximum two pages. Alternatively send us a link to one of your social medial profiles.
We would like to make the application process as simple as possible. School & work references as well as certificates can be uploaded optionally. If these documents become relevant during the process, we will request them from you personally.
The application can be uploaded easily and conveniently via our careers page. Upon receipt of the application, we will send you a confirmation. We will take care of a prompt response to your application.
Phone interview (optional)
Depending on the position, there may be a brief preliminary phone interview with an HR specialist.
Remotely or on site: The first meeting is about getting a first impression of each other. The goals are for you and us to understand each others needs and determine whether mutual requirements match. We also want to find out what contribution you can make to the team.
On-site: In the second interview, the recruiting team does a deep dive with you. It is about going into detail professionally, possibly with a professional task. And we would like to get to know you even better.
Finally we would like to discuss the offer with you. Subsequently, we will send you a contract draft for your review.
Depending on your preference, the contract can be signed by mail or on site.
Before your start
If possible, we are happy to invite you to lunch or company event before the first day. At the latest one week before the start, we will send you the most important details for the first day.
On the first day, the focus is on getting to know each other. A joint team lunch and various introductory talks will guide you through the first day.
After the first month, you and your manager reflect on your first impressions and milestones. You discuss the outlook for the coming months.
End of probationary period
After 3 to 6 months we have a final feedback meeting and draw a conclusion. If we are both sure that we are a good fit, we look forward to continuing to be successful together!
Our onboarding is hands-on. To ensure that you quickly get to know your new environment and have an exciting induction period with us, a selected buddy will be at your side for the first few months.
