Demaurex SA, based near Lausanne, has been very successful on the national and international market for many years with its specially developed robot systems, mainly for the food industry. Around 90 employees ensure the satisfaction of our customers through many years of experience, reliability and the highest quality.

Your impact

• Analyse and optimise operational business processes with the aim of efficiently reducing costs
• Implement relevant targets and KPIs to control and discuss with employees and management
• Ensure the proper development of projects up to confirmation of completion (SAT) according to orders
• Ensure procurement efficiency, supply chain, goods management and logistics activities with relevant departments
• Find solutions and make decisions in case of operational deviations or general difficulties
• Attend and actively participate in board meetings as a valuable sparring partner
• Lead, motivate and coach employees

Your profile

• Completed technical training with a university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering
• High level of technical understanding and interest in the development of high-tech systems
• Further training in business administration
• Very good practical experience in process/project management
• Good knowledge of international logistics and supply chains
• Strong, solution-orientated and committed personality with strong leadership skills and hands-on mentality
• Ability to implement change with passion and spirit and to exemplify the company values
• Fluency in French and English, German welcome
